2 weeks of intensive premier on-line summer school provides leadership program and entrepreneurship program
Our 2021 programs are designed to provide insider coaching and guidance for elite high school students (rising 9th graders and above). Through either program, lead by our selected exceptional masters and instructors, students actively experience the excitement of working in teams, exchanging ideas, setting goals, and examining issues while interacting with positive role models from their communities. Students also develop communication and presentation skills, critical thinking skills, and team cooperation. The winner of both competitions will receive cash prize.

Program 1: Leadership Program (through Mock Trial)
​
Morning master classes are lead by distinguished attorneys/judge and will cover all aspects of judicial system as well as knowledge of a diverse range of laws including corporate laws, intellectual properties, mergers/acquisition and international laws. Afternoon guided group sessions are to train on mock trials using a case specifically designed for our program by master Josh McGuire
Program 2: Entrepreneurship Program
Morning master classes are lead by Harvard and MIT business school professors and will cover all aspects of building a business from the founding team, ideation to finance and legal considerations. Afternoon guided group sessions are to train on forming a company and turning innovative ideas to digital solution/product.

All the students will be able to take a communication style analysis. A renowned psychologist from Harvard will help students explore how communication styles affect various aspects of life, how to maximize the strength and minimize the negative impact in one’s life both personally and socially. This is the first building block of building a functional team.

Paul T. Dacier

Former executive Vice President and General Counsel at EMC Corporation.

General Counsel at Indigo. Former executive Vice President and General Counsel at EMC Corporation. In 2013 and 2014, Paul was President of the Boston Bar Association, which has more than 10,000 members. In 2015, Paul was appointed chairman of the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission by Governor Charles D. Baker, Jr. This twenty-one person commission advises the Governor on candidates for judicial office in Massachusetts. In 2016, he was named co-chairman of the Supreme Judicial Court Nominating Commission by Governor Baker. Paul is vice chairman of the board of directors of AERCAP Holdings N.V., the world’s leading commercial aircraft leasing company, located in Dublin, Ireland.
Myong Joun
Associate justice of the Boston Municipal Court in Massachusetts

Myong was nominated by Gov. Deval Patrick (D) on September 12, 2014, unanimously approved by the Governor's Council on November 19, 2014, and sworn in on December 3. He earned a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Joun's professional experience includes work in civil rights litigation for the Law Offices of Howard Friedman and criminal defense and civil rights litigation for his own firm, the Joun Law Office. He has also served in the Massachusetts National Guard and as a member of the boards of the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts, the National Lawyers Guild, the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law of the Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute.
Dmitry Lev, Esq.
Massachusetts’ top litigator.

Dmitry Lev is an experienced litigator known for his winning jury trial track record in Massachusetts Courts. A cum laude graduate of the Roger Williams University School of Law, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Attorney Lev is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York, as well as the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Massachusetts. He is an active member of the the Massachusetts Bar Association (where he is the Chair of the Solo Small Firm Practice Management Section Council), the Boston Bar Association (where he is the co-chair of the Education Committee of the Bankruptcy Section), and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is involved with the Volunteer Lawyers Project and the several Mock Trial competitions where he serves as a recurring judge. Attorney Lev has also been a featured guest speaker at area universities and law schools, appeared as a legal expert on the radio, and has been quoted as a commentator on various legal issues in regional and nationwide publications, including BusinessWeek. He was recognized for his success by the prestigious SuperLawyers magazine, having been named a Massachusetts Rising Star for nine years (2009-2017).
Doreen Rachal

Named to the prestigious 2018 top women of law list. Doreen currently serves on the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission by appointment of the Governor, and is a past president of the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association. She served as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit.
Josh McGuire
Practicing attorney and mock trial coach

Josh McGuire is a practicing attorney at the Law Office of Josh McGuire and is an experienced and successful high school mock trial participant, coach, and judge. A long-time mock trial enthusiast, Josh won four state championships as a student and has coached teams that have won the tournament eight times. Josh is a former member and chair of the MBA Mock Trial Committee and a co-organizer of the annual pre-season Garden City Invitational Mock Trial Tournament. In the summer of 2020, Josh organized a virtual mock trial bootcamp where he helped high school students develop their critical thinking, writing and performance skills. Most recently, Josh was the co-creator of a new, state-wide, virtual, high school mock trial tournament, entitled Massachusetts High School Mock Trial (MHSMT). The 2021 MHSMT Tournament has sixty participating teams, more than fifty volunteer judges, and recognition as the official Massachusetts’ tournament for 2021 by the National High School Mock Trial Championship.

Dr. Henrik Totterman
Professor of Practice, Entrepreneurship and Management, Hult International Business School and CEO and President, LEADX3M LLC, Harvard University teaching faculty.

Henrik Totterman is Professor of Practice at Hult International Business School and teaching faculty at Harvard Extension School with relevant business and academic experience, and a doctorate in entrepreneurship and management. Dr. Totterman's experience includes around 20 years as an international entrepreneurial leader and global business school executive, developing his own ventures and advising others.
Dr. Viktoria Dalko
Professor of Finance, Hult International Business School, Harvard University
teaching faculty.

Viktoria Dalko is Professor of Finance and a research fellow at the Hult International Business School. She teaches corporate finance, business analysis and valuation, and mergers and acquisitions. Her research focuses on unfair competition in financial markets, high-frequency trading, information monopoly, market regulation, and life insurance fraud. In addition to serving on the Hult Academic Board, Dalko serves on several private boards and has consulting and entrepreneurial experience in global business and government. She is a frequent conference presenter, publishes in international academic journals, and has been named Professor of the Year and Researcher of the Year at Hult multiple times.

Dr. Andy Wu
Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School

An Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the Strategy Unit at Harvard Business School, where he teaches in the MBA and Executive Education programs. He conducts research on strategies for how technology entrepreneurs internally organize and externally mobilize resources to achieve scale for competitive advantage. He received the HBS Wyss Award, HBS Williams Award, Poets & Quants 40 Under 40, and Penn Prize in recognition of commitment and excellence in teaching and mentoring.
Sourobh Ghosh
Doctoral student and NSF Graduate Research Fellow in the Technology and Operations Management (TOM) unit at Harvard Business School

He studies how firms manage experimentation in innovation and the formulation of strategy. In particular, his dissertation examines how organizational goals, structure, and resources influence innovation and performance outcomes in business experimentation. Empirically, he combines methodological approaches, including field experiments, large-sample econometric identification, and qualitative field research. His work has been recognized with multiple awards from the Academy of Management and the Strategic Management Society. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from the University at Buffalo, and an S.M. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

Erdin Beshimov
Lecturer and Senior Director of Bootcampus at MIT

Erdin Beshimov is a Lecturer at MIT and a Founder and Director of MIT Bootcamps. At MIT Erdin was also the founding Director of the MITx MicroMasters Program, which pioneered the model of “inverted admissions,” and the Incubation Group in the Office of Digital Learning. He co-created MIT’s first massive open online courses on entrepreneurship, which have enrolled hundreds of thousands of learners from every country in the world. Guided by the philosophy that MIT is not just a university but a global innovation community, Erdin’s focus at MIT is on building new pathways for learners worldwide to study innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. Erdin is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management. For his work in entrepreneurship and contributions to student life at MIT, Erdin was awarded the Patrick J. McGovern Entrepreneurship Award, the Carol and Howard Anderson Fellowship, and the MIT Sloan Peer Recognition Award. Before returning to MIT after graduating, Erdin served as Principal at Flagship Pioneering where he focused on ventures in water, energy, and materials. Erdin also co-founded Ubiquitous Energy, a solar technologies spinout from MIT, and evaluated energy efficiency innovations at Venrock Associates.

Divyang Arora
Entrepreneur
​

Divyang is an advisor and operator in the early stage venture and technology ecosystem. His work has centered around capacity building for entrepreneurs and organizations. Most recently, he worked at Evercore Partners in their Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team in New York focusing on the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) industries. Prior to that, he worked at Central Square Foundation, a venture philanthropy organization investing in early stage education in India. At CSF, Divyang invested in multiple enterprises and focused on entrepreneur development, fundraising and growth initiatives.
Divyang started his career in management consulting in New York first working at Booz and Co. and then at JP Morgan Chase in their strategy team. He graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a George F. Baker Scholar and with a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering (summa cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania.

Leadership Program
Through a mix of master classes and interactive small group discussions given by or moderated by distinguished attorneys and judges, and with honor and privilege to use the case specifically designed for our students by attorney Josh McGuire, the students will acquire a working knowledge of our judicial system, and gain an understanding of their obligations and responsibilities as a citizen.

Entrepreneurship Program
Master classes will be given by exceptional Masters from Harvard business school and successful business executives. Interactive small group discussions will be moderated by experienced entrepreneurs. The learning journey culminates in a pitch by students to renowned venture capital firms.
